Job Summary

A reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician. This position is crucial for the efficient operation of the production floor. The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling products, ensuring product quality, maintaining production schedules, and assisting in troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves ensuring that safety and organizational standards are followed, while working effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Production Operation:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Follow production schedules and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines.

Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on production equipment.

Ensure equipment and workstations are kept clean and in working order.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with other production staff to meet production targets.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding production progress, issues, or delays.

Qualification and Skills

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of production equipment, machinery, and processes is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
