Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead our engineering teams and oversee the full software development lifecycle for all our products. You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, field service engineers, and applications engineers to ensure that all software products are delivered efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and align with the company’s long-term goals. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the engineering team, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring project goals are met.

• Drive the long-term technical vision and software architectures for the organization.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems.

• Company-wide impact and authority.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations,

to align technical projects with business goals.

• Develop and implement best practices for software development, ensuring scalability

and reliability.

• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and long-term planning for the engineering

department.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the

engineering team.

• Travel up to %5

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing large, distributed engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.

• Proficiency in technology strategy, automated manufacturing equipment including testers

and handlers, and software architecture.

• Experience with budget management, project planning, and resource allocation.
