The Chroma A368006-DPS64 is a high-density, 64-channel per board DPS (Device Power Supply) solution designed for advanced testing applications. It supports multiple functions including FVMI, FIMV, DMM, voltage and current clamping, as well as gang mode operation. With support for up to 16 universal slots, the system can scale to a maximum of 1024 channels, making it suitable for large-scale parallel testing. The board uses a four-wire connection to ensure precise voltage and current measurements.

      Voltage Measurement

      Voltage forcing capability ranges from +12V to -6V with a maximum output current of 500 mA, and ±6V with up to 1 A output. For current forcing, it supports selectable ranges of 10 mA, 100 mA, 500 mA, and 1 A (limited to 6V operation). Voltage measurement is available in 6V and 12V ranges, while current measurement offers a wide span from 5 µA to 1 A, with precision options including 5 µA, 50 µA, 500 µA, 1 mA, 10 mA, 100 mA, and 500 mA.

      Application

      The DPS64 also features a current gang mode supporting up to 32 A per board, enabling high-current parallel output for demanding applications. Additionally, the system supports Pattern Control Mode (Fast Mode), providing high-speed signal switching and control for efficient and accurate testing workflows.
